Positive Soul seeks to help you achieve your optimum health and wellbeing, for an easier life and transition through the menopause. Together we will discover what looking after your body and mind looks like for you and explore the key elements of your holistic wellness. Our aim is to give you a safe space to help you really value who you are, nurture and respect yourself and feel more optimistic and confident about life and moving through the menopause.

Positive thinking is empowering and is a key part of mental and physical wellbeing. The menopause is a time to be kinder to your body and mind, tuning in to a few simple things such as encompassing your circadian rhythm to sleep better, eating better and being active in doing things that make you feel alive and good about yourself. It is the embodiment of holistic wellness that can feed your soul and help you feel happier throughout this phase.

Holistic wellness is defined as a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that considers the whole person, including their physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual aspects. All these parts are interconnected and managing each one will result in greater wellbeing.
