Positive Soulology – Goodness for the Soul
I have created Positive Soulology which encompasses a few little mantras that I have picked up a long the way to help you get a bit more enjoyment out of life and feel a bit happier about things. It is designed to help you pause, reflect and bring things back to simple. In the hectic hustle and bustle of life, Positive Soulology will help provide a little piece of calm for your mental and physical wellbeing and especially for your soul.
Start your day with time for yourself - every day between 5-20 mins. Can be just sitting quietly with a cup of tea, reflecting or thinking about things.
Gratitude - practice either when you wake up or before you go to sleep. Think about all the things and people you are grateful for in your life. It is grounding and brings inner peace, calm and happiness.
Celebrate yourself - think about all the reasons it is good to be you, positive affirmations. Think about all your strengths and any personal achievements, something good you’ve done for others or something someone has been thankful to you for.
Every day is a new day - whatever went down yesterday, good or bad, today is a clean slate. Manifest what you would like to achieve today and take a moment to enjoy it.
Connect with someone - social interaction helps lift us up. Alone time is good but a daily connection improves mental and physical wellbeing. Even if it’s the postman!
Get out in nature, go for a walk and take in the world around you. It helps you feel rooted and provides great clarity to whatever is going on in your life.
